Jennifer R. Snider, Esq. | Partner, Attorney | Turpin & Snider LLC

Attributing her success to her passion for helping people and fearlessness in the face of a challenge, Jennifer R. Snider, Esq. has dedicated herself to practicing law for more than 20 years. As a partner and an attorney at her firm, Turpin & Snider LLC, since 2023, she excels in personal injury, taking pride in representing those whose lives were changed following an accident. She believes people need as much help as possible when it comes to navigating the legal and insurance factors involved in injuries and finds herself gravitating toward the more complex and difficult cases. In addition, she represents injured students by holding school districts legally responsible for bullying and assaults that may occur inside a school. Ms. Snider stands out among her peers as a lawyer who prioritizes her clients, argues the strongest cases, and makes a difference in people’s lives.

Ms. Snider previously served as an attorney at Harmon, Linder & Rogowsky since 2005 and advanced to partner there from 2015 to 2022. For 18 years, she headed the firm’s legal writing department, focusing her attention on defending summary judgment motions against her clients on the issue of the “serious injury” threshold under Insurance Law, as well as liability in slip and fall cases. She also represented clients in relation to motor vehicle accidents, labor law, police brutality, and medical malpractice, among other areas of the law. She launched her career in the legal field as a legal intake and consultant at two nonprofit organizations—the Disability Law Project in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Protection & Advocacy in Harrison—between 2002 and 2005. In these roles, she prided herself in championing rights for individuals with physical and mental disabilities.

As a testament to her accomplishments as a lawyer, Ms. Snider was featured on the cover of Top 100 Magazine alongside her law partner and spouse, Lisa Turpin. She has also been recognized for her work with such certifications from Top Verdict as “Top 50 Settlements in Personal Injury,” “Top 100 Jury Verdict,” and “Top 20 Settlements in Motor Vehicle Accidents.” Ms. Snider prepared for her professional journey with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and social psychology and law from Tulane University in 2001 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Beasley School of Law in 2004; she was admitted to the New York bar in 2005. Ms. Snider enjoys spending time with her wife and their three children, attending concerts, traveling, sports, bike riding, and kayaking.
